Dodam, że chodzi o Warszawę. Czy znacie może jakieś sprawdzone firmy, zajmujące się obsługą techniczną nieruchomości w ramach wspólnoty mieszkaniowej? A więc wszystkie prace porządkowe, remontowe itd.

jakoś ja się nigdy na tych kwestiach nie skupiałam, gdyż dla mnie na ten moment liczyło się to aby w jak najkrótszym czasie móc zbyć moją nieruchomość. Najbardziej jestem zadowolona z tego, że jak zgłosiłam się do firmy https://kupujemym.pl/skup-nieruchomosci-warszawa/ to okazało się, że oni bez żadnego problemu moją nieruchomość skupią.

Przemyślcie jako wspólnota, dlaczego zmieniacie obecną firmę i czego oczekujecie od nowej. W przypadku zarządców jak tutaj http://www.zarzadca.waw.pl/ masz spory zakres usług jednak nie musisz korzystać ze wszystkich. Przemyśl, na jakie usługi podpiszecie umowę, ale najpierw przemyślcie czego tak naprawdę potrzebujecie.

Skoro już o nieruchomościach mowa, to jeśli ktoś z was przeprowadza się do Wrocławia, lub szuka tam mieszkania, to bardzo korzystną ofertę najmu instytucjonalnego znajdziecie tutaj . Firma PFR Nieruchomości oferuje najem instytucjonalny i jest liderem na rynku jeśli chodzi o ilość mieszkań do wynajmu.
