Jest to stosunkowo niszowa usługa, z tego względu, że większość inwestorów idzie jednak w kierunku terakoty bądź paneli podłogowych. Jest to zwykle szybsze i często tańsze rozwiązanie.
Parkiet jest trochę droższy, wymaga większego wysiłku w pielęgnacji - dlatego też jest droższą usługą.
