Ja mam swojego ulubionego dentystę w stolicy. Na "poważniejsze" zabiegi zawsze jeżdżę tam (ostatnio robiłam ) ale też staram się robić tam "zwykle" leczenie zębów ponieważ widzę różnicę i nic się z wyleczonymi ząbkami nie dzieje złego :)

W higienie jamy ustnej bardzo ważne jest regularne usuwanie kamienia, raz w roku można je nawet wykonać bezpłatnie w ramach funduszu NFZ. Ja na tego typu zabiegi, w tym piaskowanie chodzę do mojej zaufanej kliniki https://gabinet-korona.pl/piaskowanie/ Polecam zapisać się na wizytę, jeśli jeszcze nie korzystaliście.

Generalnie to szybko to nie ma co leczyć zębów, ale najważniejsze, żeby u dentysty dało się je solidnie zrobić. Tutaj https://atria.com.pl/leczenie-kanalowe w klinice dentystycznej można się zapisać na wizytę do dentysty. Jak dentysta ma doświadczenie to dobrze wyleczy zęby, wiadomo :)

Jeśli szukacie dobrego dentysty w mieście to polecam to doświadczany specjalista który oferuje kompleksowe leczenie stomatologiczne. O zęby trzeba dbać jeśli coś u siebie zauważyliście to umawiajcie się do niego na wizytę. Ja go polecam serdecznie

W jaki sposób dbacie o zęby oprócz regularnych wizyt u dentysty? Czy według was opłaca się zainwestować w szczoteczkę elektryczną? Od zawsze używam tradycyjnej, ale od jakiegoś czasu zastanawiam się nad zmianą w tej kwestii.

miałem do czynienia z wieloma gabinetami i chyba tylko jeden zrobił na mnie wrażenie mają naprawdę świetne podejście do pacjenta. POLECAM
